Love, love, love this place of business! I was directed and told not to talk to anyone to buy "Roy". After going in and talking to him, I quickly learned why, first, I was directed to this place to get my tires, and second, why I was told to only speak to Roy. He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable and does his job very well. He will tell you exactly what is needed. Lexus dealer informed me that I needed four new tires. My car has running flats, very expensive. But something told me to contact the store manager at work. And I am grateful for that. Roy checked my car, and not only did I not need new tires, but he fixed the one that was causing my problem. lexus said it was beyond repair and the one tire would cost me $327.25, plus tax, plus $159.95 for an alignment. Oh, I failed to mention that if I go ahead with their recommendation, the four armored tires will cost me $1,309.06, plus $159.95 for alignment. I need to say more about Lexus! I can't say enough about Roy & Beasley Tire Service at 11802 Eastex Fwy, in Houston, TX. Everyone there is very professional and very nice and shows that they want your business. And want to keep it! I am sold and this is where I will be buying my tires from now on. Thank you Roy! I appreciate people like you and every other employee in this institution.
