As building enclosure consultants, we offer our experience and knowledge of building enclosures and modular construction. Our team joined the project from the conceptual design stage and worked closely with Ankrom Moisan Architects to establish the design intent. As this was BRIDGE's first modular housing project and the largest project of its kind, our team worked closely with the project team during the early stages of the project. Our team evaluated building wall assemblies from conceptual design to detailed development, focusing on controlling water infiltration, air leakage, water vapor diffusion and thermal performance.
During the construction phase, the focus was on ensuring that the building envelope delivered the desired performance results.
