Everything here is bad, I stopped renting because they act like they can't come and fix it. Roaches trap rats and when it rains all the water stays in the vent. They keep touching the water, it's all bad, so please don't move here.

My first night here and I'm already looking for another place to stay. Cockroaches everywhere!! They painted pictures on several dead people. After "fixing" it, no AC. All they did was fix it with hotter air. Single pane windows hear everything and everyone and they don't even close all the way. A constant stream of cars in which good luck sleeps. I can already tell that my first rent payment is going toward savings and I have a sense of tracking each month. Will not move here.
If you need somewhere to save your money for a year, then move to a better place when your lease is up, this is for you. Not a day went by that I didn't see a few orange ants in my apartment, even when I sprayed there were places where they would appear. I'm not a dirty person either so I knew it wasn't me, I even found ants in my noodles in my cabinet, they claimed to do pest control before and during my stay but it obviously didn't work. About 2 months into being there I started hearing scratching and crawling noises coming from my bedroom vent, I reported it to the leasing office and it was never seen or taken care of. When it snows, they don't leave the compound's driveway or sidewalk, which makes it dangerous when the snow is icy. Addicts would walk up to my car several times a year while I lived here. They have security through the complex, but what good is it when drug addicts are driving and walking through the complex? My heat broke in my apartment and maintenance came to fix it, but it didn't really work for long. The neighbors were nice, quiet and didn't bother anyone. Service requests were done in a timely manner and the only problem that didn't take long to fix was my heat. Management works with residents on payments when needed, which is why they get 2 stars, but I would never recommend this complex to anyone.
You shouldn't move into them when I moved in they said everything was fine and in the last room it wasn't good there was horrible dirty water coming from the bathroom next door they never came to fix it. !!!! There are some repairmen around they come to fix it but people who live here say it doesn't work at all they never come to fix it and their bed bugs all over Hartford. This place sucks the lake, the trees are also very ugly, the smell of the trees comes when you walk. Their spiders, chicks, mosquitoes that make you sleep. Even bed bugs. The police are knocking on your door almost every day, it's very dangerous. Heat doesn't work, only cold things do. I do not recommend this place

Absolutely terrifying. Bedbugs, roaches, constant flooding in your apartment...maintenance is a joke. The office never answers their phone..total lack of respect and privacy. They don't care about you at all... you're just a dollar sign to them... don't move here!!!!
Roach infestations and drug dealers and users are everywhere, they rule them. This is not a place to call home, I do not have visitors and pizza companies are not allowed to deliver here for their own safety. They have no swimming pool, tennis net, this place is very dirty
