The material is simple and concise, especially two additional workbooks to test practice and state rules and regulations. Our instructor, Larry Abbott, is an "encyclopedia" in real estate knowledge - a real world practitioner filled with thoughtful and humorous anecdotes. Keeping the class attentive is difficult, but Larry kept us on our toes with useful information and some great laughs. No dogma. Just a fact.
