According to Eric Cohen, founder of the project's developer, Kalita Group, the first group of tenants moved into the Elysian at the Tivoli this weekend.
The new complex, on Alta Drive east of Rampart Boulevard next to Boca Park Mall, is part of a multi-year housing boom in the Las Vegas Valley. This comes after a historically turbulent year in which Southern Nevada's rental market and many industries faced many questions.
