My wife and I are very happy to shop here. The seller was great and really patient with us. Ordered dining room and living room furniture. We know shipping may be a little late during the holidays, but we don't mind. They said let's shoot in the middle of November, at least at the beginning of December. We agreed to deliver it on November 14th. A week before that date we got a call that he was running late and called them. The delivery crew that came took about three hours to pack the bed and as they were walking out the door they told me they had broken the stair rail and they had "called" a complaint and someone would call me that day. He does not call that day or the next day. So I called the store and the note says they are too busy to answer the phone and go back to the website for a chat feature. After 2 hours the agent will make the case and I have to upload supporting photos as evidence. While taking photos, I find all sorts of scratches, dents, missing screws, and the bedposts themselves are cracked in half. A few days later, a technician arrives and informs us that the damage is beyond repair and that a new bed must be ordered. I was informed that &"someone&" would contact me within 48 hours with more information. A week goes by and I have to spend another 2 hours using the chat feature for Julie because my 72 hour time limit is up and all the sales since I bought it in the store have ended. Good luck with having to follow the policy... (Parts were ordered, not sure what parts but it takes about 10 business days to ship, I was expecting everything to show up in about 30 days. Then it takes about 5 business days to get the tech scheduled to build it .) It doesn't work so I'm on the phone to get a receipt and about 20 minutes later. Wait, someone will answer. I would like to cancel my pending furniture and know my rights as a consumer. The polite lady on the phone told me that I needed to speak to a store representative and that someone else would get back to me within 48 hours. No, I would like to speak to someone in the store to cancel my order. I wait for Amanda to respond only to tell me that I have to go back to the store because it is "impossible" to credit the card without my presence.
